Advised dosage -
Male ~ 2ml a day – Female ~ 1ml a day.

Other advice -
For best results dilute into a pure fruit juice drink and take first thing in the morning, 20 minutes before eating, on an empty stomach. There is a measuring pipette in the lid of the product to make sure you do not exceed the daily dosage.
